• Delivery within 1 to 2 business days at most.
• For customer convenience, we offer multiple payment methods (Mada - Visa - MasterCard - Tabby - Tamara).

Outside Riyadh City:

• Under normal circumstances: Delivery takes 3 to 5 business days, counted from the time the order is confirmed by customer service.
• During Ramadan: Shipping may take longer than usual, with an expected delivery time of 5 to 10 business days.
• Shipping Cost: Displayed on the payment page and varies by shipping company.
• Shipping Companies: Orders are delivered through well-known courier services (SMSA - AJEX - Aramex - B1).
• Special Cases:
• If you are unable to receive your order, an alternative delivery arrangement can be made with the service provider.
• Additional information can be obtained from the courier company.
• Additional Fees: If the order cannot be delivered after a second attempt, you may be required to pay extra delivery charges.
