Exchange and Return Policy:

Vivian Trading Company, represented by Neferty website, collaborates with multiple shipping companies to ensure seamless delivery of your products across Saudi Arabia. We offer free delivery for orders worth 250 SAR or more. For orders below this amount, a delivery fee will be applied as indicated on the payment page.

• Delivery Time:
• Within Riyadh: 1-2 business days.
• Outside Riyadh: 3-4 business days.
• Our partnered shipping companies provide delivery services to all cities in Saudi Arabia. If you are located outside urban areas, we kindly ask you to collect your order from the nearest shipping branch.

Exchange and Return Policy:

• If the return is due to a customer mistake and the product remains unopened in its original condition, the customer is eligible for an exchange or return but must cover the full shipping costs.
• If the product arrives damaged due to shipping or if you receive a wrong item, please contact customer service at 050280637 or send an email within 7 business days of receiving your order.
• The product must remain unused, in good condition, with tags attached, and the original packaging intact.

Compensation Policy:

According to Vivian Trading Company’s policy, no monetary refunds will be issued for any payments made through the website. Instead, customers will receive a voucher of the same value, which can be used for future purchases.
